Our Center excels in providing high quality and culturally-sensitive US Civil Surgeon Services.
Our friendly and multilingual staff assists with the following:
* Initial Physical Examination
* Immunizations’ review
* Vaccinations: All the required vaccinations can be administered at the clinic.
* Chest x-ray as needed.
* Letter of Exceptional Hardship.
*We also handle complicated cases with criminal background, DWIs that requires Licensed Addiction Drug Counsel and/or Psychological Evaluations.
* Immigration waivers N-648.
*Languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Hebrew and Spanish.
Immigration patients will need to bring along the following to their examination:
* Government-issued photo identification (i.e. state id, driver’s license, or passport).
* Immunization records, if any available. If not, blood tests will be done to check the immune status.
* Legal document stating the Place of Birth.

- Have been personally credentialed and oriented by us.
- Are independent (not employees of our firm) and stay in active clinical practice.
- Choose whether to accept each assignment.
- Have been educated about the legal process and working with attorneys.
- Provide culturally sensitive opinions, our strength is cases involving ethnic and minority groups.
- Will do Independent Medical Examinations for Attorneys (plaintiff and defense) and Claim Adjusters.
- Specialize in Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault cases.
- Are proficient in impairment rating.
- Have special interest in chronic pain syndrome, fibromyalgia and somatization disorder.
- Provide gender sensitive opinions and physical exams for female examinees.
- Will testify at trial.
- Are able to provide services in English, Russian, Hebrew.
